There will be a Scribal contest at An Tir's 12th Night January 9th -11th, 2010 - Eugene, Oregon!

Any Kingdom level scroll not previously entered into a Kingdom contest is eligible for the 12th Night contest.

Entry categories are:
  • NOVICE SCRIBE
    (one of the scribe's first five original SCA scrolls - all contest scrolls submitted must be for Kingdom level award)
  • BEST MEDIEVAL CALLIGRAPHY
  • BEST USE OF HERALDRY
    (includes the achievement with documented armory and the use of documented badges, etc. as appropriate)
  • BEST EARLY ILLUMINATION STYLE scroll
    (styles prior to 1200)
  • BEST LATER ILLUMINATION STYLE scroll
    (styles after 1200)
  • POPULACE CHOICE
  • "KING Owain's FAVORITE"
  • "QUEEN Wrenn's FAVORITE"
