The various required parts of the text i.e.; address, intitulation, notification & exposition, disposition and corroboration & date, can all be switched around in their relative positions in the wording to suit you and your needs. The Notification and Exposition
- declares the deed(s) and name(s) of the recipient(s)

...having heard much good of (name of recipient), who has labored long and hard in Our lands...

...in recognition of the deeds or Our most worthy subject (name of recipient) who has distinguished [himself/herself] by (deeds)...
...find (name of recipient) having given greatly and unstintingly of [his/her] wisdom, energy and skill in (name of craft/subject/office)...
